Navigating the waters of neurodiversity in a world not build for differences can be challenging, overwhelming and lonely. Sometimes you need support to chart a smoother course. Maybe you are a parent or caregiver needing to personally re-boot or figure out the "system," or maybe you're a neurodiverse teen about to graduate and unsure about the future, or perhaps you're a neurodivergent adult needing support with employers, educators and life in general, or maybe you're a sibling feeling unseen and confused -- whatever your concerns I'll actively listen to your needs and together we can chart a personalized course forward that works for you.
Most sessions are held conveniently on Zoom. Packages have a set cost, but we can create a custom one for you. Initial meeting is complimentary.
Sometimes a family can get off course, especially if you have an exceptional, neurodiverse member or two. Communication can break down; anxiety and overwhelm can bubble over. It might seem light you're sinking and need a lifesaver. I get it. My family has been there. One of my overarching goals is to help families remain whole - no matter their flavor. I wish we had help when we were in the thick of it because frankly we couldn't see what was happening: we were sinking.
